2 Nutrient Rich Breakfasts

Breakfast should be taken two hours after drinking lemonade in the morning. Breakfast should always be taken vigorously and nutritious breakfast should be taken and not oily and spicy. Morning breakfast has a direct effect on our metabolism, so never forget to have breakfast in the morning.

3 Drink green tea or coconut water

Apart from this, coconut water is also a very good drink to reduce obesity. It is very low in calories and by drinking it, the sugar of our body starts burning, due to which the extra fat starts reducing from the body.

In lunch, you should consume whole and sprouted grains. Whole grains like wheat roti, jowar and bajra roti, porridge etc. get digested quickly and increase metabolism. It gives energy to your body for a long time by reducing your appetite.
