Chief among the symptoms of a heart attack are chest discomfort or pain, chest tightness. At the same time, if you fix the lifestyle, then you can avoid heart attack. In this case, Yoga and Ayurveda expert Niket Singh said that there are many ways to avoid heart attack. For this, first of all, you have to make your lifestyle right. At the same time, you will have to be very selective in food. Whatever things are not conducive to heart health, those things will have to be avoided. Spicy food, junk food, maida food, fried fried and untimely food. All these things have to be avoided.

Niket Singh told that if you adopt some asanas and pranayama, then the chances of heart attack are greatly reduced. Regular yoga practice and pranayama If a person suspected of heart disease starts doing yoga exercise every day, then the risk of heart disease decreases by 80 to 90%. For this, asanas like Shashank Asana, Dhanurasana, Tadasana, Katichkrasana, Vajrasana, Surya Namaskar should be adopted. Apart from this, Anulom Vilom, Chandra Bhedan, Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari and Sheet Pranayama are very beneficial in this. Make some mudras daily with your fingers. Actually, joining two fingers together in a special design is called Mudra. There is one such mudra whose name is Apana Vayu Mudra. It is also called heart mudra. In this, the upper part of the finger near the thumb of the palm of your left hand is applied to the root of the thumb. Except for the little finger, the remaining two fingers are joined gently with the front part of the thumb. In this way the heart mudra is formed. If anyone has ever had a heart attack, then keeping it regularly for 30 to 45 minutes at a time shows very miraculous effects.

At the same time, according to Ayurveda, heart diseases are caused due to excess of Kapha in the body. Due to the increase of Kapha, there is an excess of fat i.e. cholesterol in the body which gives pressure to our blood vessels. The circulation of blood is not done properly, so to avoid phlegm, the consumption of cold, sweet and sour things should be reduced. By regular consumption of household things like cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, apples, juicy fruits, amla, gourd juice in food, we can avoid heart attack to a great extent.
